Minimums and Order Turnaround

The turnaround times indicated on all items below are calculated from the day we receive all required production elements. Re-orders of the same item (same label, bottle shape, same color) from our standard bottle shapes and colors can be shipped to you within 10 business days.

1. Standard bottle shapes and colors Please allow up to 30 days of production time on all new orders of “Standard” shapes/colors. Minimum order quantity on a standard bottle shape and color is 100 pieces. Re-orders of the same item (same label, bottle shape, same color) from “Standard” bottle shapes and colors can be shipped within 10 business days

2. Non-standard bottle shapes and/or colors: Please allow up to 95 days of production time on all new orders of “Non-Standard” shapes/colors. Minimum order quantity on a non-standard bottle shape or color is 1,000 pieces. Re-orders of the same item (same label, bottle shape, same color) from “Non-Standard” bottle shapes and colors can usually be shipped within 10 business days once we establish your company’s ordering pattern – otherwise allow up to 95 days.

3. Custom bottle shapes requiring a unique custom mold Please allow up to 120 days of production time on all new orders of “Custom” shapes, regardless of color. Minimum order quantity on bottle shapes requiring a custom mold is 5,000 pieces (no mold fee) or 2,000 pieces (with a $450.00 one-time mold fee).

Artwork Requirements:

All new first orders require some setup. The following items are needed to create a miniature replica of your bottled product:

• One (1) Sample of Full Size Label.
• One (1) Sample of bottle capsule (Foil).
• One (1) High Resolution Photo of your complete bottle (Please ensure entire bottle is visible).
• Digital Artwork of the label above. (See details below for file type etc.)

The photo and the foil are needed for bottle shape, foil color matching and accurate label placement. The labels are needed for color matching.

Label digital artwork requirements:
Your Brand’s label can be faithfully reproduced in a miniature format with the right kind of digital artwork; we achieve the finest of details and can even re-create metallic foil stamping at no additional cost!

We require all digital artwork files - the exact files that printed your last batch of labels for your 750ml bottles - to be submitted to us in Adobe® Illustrator format. Make sure that all vector elements are not rasterized and kept on editable/accessible layers. Save all your files with links (placed images) embedded in the document or include them in a separate folder. Do the same with fonts; embed them (create outlines) or include them in a separate folder.
